Cancellation of registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at
southneocon2026@gmail.com
, mentioning the registration number in the subject line. The email must be sent from the registered email ID.
Cancellations received until 15th June 2026 for a paid registration will be eligible for a
full refund after deduction of GST.
Cancellations received until 15th July 2026 for a paid registration will be eligible for a
50% refund after deduction of GST.
No refund will be processed for cancellations made on or after 16th July 2026.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference.
