Cancellation & Refund Terms

• Cancellation of registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at southneocon2026@gmail.com , mentioning the registration number in the subject line. The email must be sent from the registered email ID.
• Cancellations received until 15th June 2026 for a paid registration will be eligible for a full refund after deduction of GST.
• Cancellations received until 15th July 2026 for a paid registration will be eligible for a 50% refund after deduction of GST.
• No refund will be processed for cancellations made on or after 16th July 2026.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference.
