Important Guidelines

• Registration fee is inclusive of 18% GST.
• Conference registration is mandatory for all delegates including children above 7 years.
• Children below 7 years must be registered (free) for security reasons.
• Photo ID is mandatory for entry.
• Registration badge must be worn at all times.
• Payment modes: Card, Net Banking, UPI, QR, Demand Draft (No cheques).
• Registration is non-transferable.
• Bring receipt at the time of registration.
• PG students must submit HOD letter.
• All bank/transaction charges to be borne by the delegate.
• Spot registration via Cash / Card / UPI only.
• Delegate kit subject to availability for spot registrations.
• Organizer not responsible for date change, loss or theft.
• Registration closes on 17 August 2026.
• Organizers reserve rights to modify/reject registration.
• DD in favour of NNF Karnataka Chapter.

• No refund after 16 July 2026
